Our client is a leading iconic global furniture company that specialises in luxury home decor. They are well regarded due to their quality products and aspirational designs and are on a growth journey expanding into new markets.
This role will suit an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner who can partner with business leaders and will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment process and candidate experience across both their local and international markets.
Reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture, this role will develop and implement the recruitment strategy to attract and retain global talent with a focus on developing the EVP that will be focused on their brand awareness and talent attraction.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the recruitment strategy for a growing global workforce
- Partner with the people team to deliver an outstanding candidate recruitment experience
- Manage relationships with local and global recruitment partners, job boards, universities and training providers and job platforms to enhance sourcing strategies
- Leverage AI and technology to enhance the recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practice and interview techniques
- Own and optimise the use of recruitment platforms such as JobAdder, xRef, CVCheck, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Seek and Indeed.
- Collaborate with the people team on strategic people initiatives and projects from inception to execution, including EVP and employer branding
- Manage and promote the employee referral program to drive internal talent referrals.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 5 years Talent Acquisition and in-house experience in a fast paced, high growth and global environment
- Experience with JobAdder (ATS), HRIS, and MS Office suite (including SharePoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise high volumes of recruitment and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the brand story and engage top talent
- Outstanding relationship management skills at all levels
- Data driven approach with the ability to extract insights from recruitment analytics
