Sharon Gerber
Founder

With over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, Sharon established Talent Matters to serve the key recruitment needs across a variety of different industries.

Sharon has a strong background in Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale and Financial industries — and could see these sectors were crying out for a recruitment solution that really worked for them. That’s why she started Talent Matters.

With extensive experience with some of the country’s biggest companies — both online and beyond, she is well positioned to help you find calibre candidates. This, coupled with a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources) & Science (Psychology), has enabled her to create a range of recruitment solutions that proudly serve Australia’s best businesses.

Over the past decade and a half, Sharon is proud to have placed countless candidates in the best roles for both them and their employers.

Annette Bark
Recruitment Specialist

Annette brings over 15 years’ of experience working as a Senior HR Professional across various industries including Aviation, Technology and Transport. Throughout her years of experience Annette has partnered with both corporate and operational leadership teams to provide support in a diverse range of Human Resources activities including recruitment, talent management and leadership development.

She is passionate about building collaborative relationships and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Annette has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Graduate Diploma Human Resources Management.

Carly Horwitz
Recruitment Specialist

Carly brings significant experience across the corporate retail sector. Having held a variety of senior management and hands-on roles within Ecommerce, Buying, Planning, CRM and Digital Marketing, she brings a unique perspective in understanding both our clients and candidates needs throughout the recruitment process.

She is a collaborative problem solver and a proven leader in driving results. Carly draws upon her own professional background to deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

Carly is originally from New York, USA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising Management.
