Production Coordinator

Our client is a successful apparel retailer with both brick and mortar and a strong Ecommerce presence, that has an opportunity for an experienced Production Coordinator to join their established team. 

This role will support their established Production team as they continue to grow and expand. You will be part of a team that is driven and supportive, ready to succeed. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive management of production critical paths ensuring on time delivery and accuracy at all times
  • Cost price negotiation, meeting/exceeding first margin requirements of category and brand
  • Manage the product development and production process of individual categories from end to end
  • Identify delivery exceptions to the Product Developer/Sourcing Manager offering solutions 
  • Manage supplier performance, and secure improvements in price/quality/delivery/development times
  • Manage new supplier onboarding 
  • Oversee transportation of stock from factory to warehouse 

To be successful within this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years apparel production experience
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Can-do attitude with excellent work ethic
  • High attention to detail
