Our client is a newly created and fast-growing apparel retailer with a strong brick-and-mortar and Ecommerce presence. Well-known for their quality products at affordable price points, they are continually growing and expanding their business.
  
Position Description
  
The Marketing Manager will have a passion for driving customer engagement across both online and stores, maintaining the brand calendar and supporting on all PR and marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Lead the development of marketing content strategies and set measurable goals for review
  • Identify and facilitate PR opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop retail marketing strategies for stores and support new store openings by developing launch activities
  • Maintain the brand voice, write press releases, blog copy and seasonal content copy.
  • Manage the coordination of brand photoshoots with the team
  • Manage the execution and planning across the brands social channels with the support of the Social and Content Manager
  • Manage and mentor 1 direct report – Graphic Designer

To be successful within this role, you will have

  • 2-3 years of experience within a Marketing Manager role
  • A proven track record of commercial success, having worked for a major national or international fashion retailer
  • Have a growth mindset and comfortable working in the detail
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Hands-on approach and organised
