An innovative and fast-growing Australian brand is seeking an entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive its next stage of scale. With a strong market presence, high-quality product design and global distribution, the company has grown into a multi-million-dollar business, with a continued growth journey ahead.

This role will suit someone that thrives in a scaling environment, with proven experience in a Founder led business, having previously grown a business from circa $20M to $40M , within B2B/wholesale.

As COO, you will have full ownership of operations, the leadership team and the execution of the company’s growth strategy. Your focus will be ensuring operational excellence while enabling continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully own and lead the executive team, ensuring all departments operate at peak performance.
  • Establish and enforce clear KPIs across all business functions to ensure measurable success.
  • Build a high-performance culture that holds leadership accountable.
  • Lead the company’s next phase of growth, ensuring revenue expansion aligns with profitability.
  • Own execution of new revenue streams, market expansion and strategic partnerships.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to optimise pricing, supply chain and financial performance.
  • Improve efficiency across supply chain, logistics and inventory management.
  • Oversee and refine business processes, technology and operational reporting systems.
  • Manage P&L, cash flow, and financial planning in collaboration with the CFO.
  • Make independent, high-impact operational decisions.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to ensure smooth scaling without bottlenecks.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven track record of scaling a business from $20M to $40M in revenue and have worked in a Founder led business
  • Full P&L ownership, directly managing financial performance
  • Led executive leadership teams, holding senior leaders accountable for execution
  • Experience across multiple revenue channels particularly B2B, essential, along with DTC, Retail and International 
  • Ability to balance revenue growth and profitability simultaneously
  • A hands-on leadership approach—mentoring rather than micromanaging, while still executing.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and execution.
